Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement content strategies that aligns with the overall goals of The Beat Asia
  Research and identify topics that will be of interest to the target audience
• Create and publish a variety of content types, such as blog posts, articles, advertorials, how-to guides, opinion pieces, reviews, interviews, listicles, infographics, videos, and social media posts.
• Edit and proofread text to ensure high-quality content that is free of errors
• Source and edit images and videos to enhance the overall look and feel of the content
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and design, to ensure that all content aligns with the company's overall strategy and brand guidelines
• Monitor and analyse the performance of the content, making recommendations for improvements and ensuring that content is SEO-friendly
• Stay up-to-date with the latest content creation and editing trends and technologies to ensure The Beat Asia stays ahead of the competition

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation and editing
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience with creating and publishing content on a variety of digital platforms, including websites and social media
• Strong understanding of SEO and analytics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to lead and manage a team
• Experience in the lifestyle industry and knowledge of the Asian market is a plus
• Must be fluent in English
