• Prepare timely consolidated financial reports to management;
• Handle accounting tasks such as reviewing daily accounting entries to ensure full compliance with HKFRSs;
• Assist in treasury functions including but not limited to bank account maintenance and fund transfer;
• Prepare, coordinate and participate in annual and interim report publication;
• Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and professional parties on accounting, consolidation reporting and taxation issues;
• Oversee financial management strategies, business planning and forecast and regular reporting to Management;
• Handle ad hoc duties and assignments when required.

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines;
• Holder of Membership in ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent professional body;
• At least 5 years' solid experience in sizable / listed company or audit firm, with financial and analytical experience;
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and organisation skills;
• Able to work under pressure and able to meet deadline;
• Good communication skills in English and Chinese;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
