Our client, a Top Leading Engineering company in Hong Kong, is now looking for an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to join their team and support the on-going transformation.


Your new role

Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Architect, you will be working as a SAP HCM Expert to handle end to end implementation and support of the SAP HCM Suite, covering all HR functions.
  • Engage in all project phases: Planning, Designing, Development, Configuration, Integration, Testing, Deployment, and Post-go-live support.
  • Lead and participate in requirements discussions and workshops.
  • Conduct analysis to assess client requirements against SAP SuccessFactors functionalities.
  • Train users at various levels.
  • Configure and implement SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with key business users to optimize processes and data flows.
  • Propose IT solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Work with internal IT teams and external vendors to implement system changes efficiently.
  • Plan and execute system testing to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm systems meet business requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate should have over 5+ years in HRIS solution delivery with experience in SuccessFactors HCM implementation. Proven end-to-end system development lifecycle (SDLC) experience with SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Modules is a plus. Project Management experience is a plus.
