Our client, a Global Top Leading Civil Engineering firm, is now looking for an experienced Data Migration Manager to join their team and support the Digital transformation.

Your new role

Reporting to the Head of ERP, you will be working as a Data Migration Manager to handle and design end to end data migration strategies.
  • Design efficient data migration strategies by analyzing business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to migrate data from legacy systems to Oracle ERP.
  • Create migration scripts using SQL, Python, PL/SQL, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and other relevant tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
  • Provide guidance and best practices on data cleansing, mapping, and transformation.
  • Conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate migrated data.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for data migration processes, configurations, and customizations.




What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate should have over 10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP technical development, with a focus on data migration. Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, E-Business Suite (EBS), or Fusion Applications. Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
