Position: Secretary to Director (Japanese speaking)
Location: Tsim Sha Tsui
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Expand market reach for regional Japanese products.
- Promote tourism to the region in Japan.
- Provide support to business partners.
- Handle general administrative and clerical tasks.
- Support events such as Book Fairs, ITE (International Travel Expo), and others.
Requirements:
- Native Cantonese with good common in English, Mandarin
- Japanese JLPT N1 level is required
- Cheerful, team-oriented, detail-oriented
- proficient in Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Welcome Fresh Graduate
