What you will do:
Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards in the lobby and Concierge counter
To ensure that maximum coverage is maintained at the Lobby Doors, to open and close these doors for Hotel Patrons
To ensure that arriving guests with luggage receive assistance accordingly, either from the Bell team or directly from the Doorman
Qualifications
What you should have:
Preferably with 1 year of working experience in service industries
Good communication language skills
A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
