The applicant must possess:

  1. a recognized degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or IT relevant disciplines;
  2. a minimum 10 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure areas
  3. deep understanding of a variety of technology, including Routing, Switching, BGP, SDWAN, NAC, WAF, Load Balancing, WIFI, etc.
  4. excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  5. familiar with DevOps, automation, or infrastructure-as-a-code is definitely an advantage
  6. relevant certifications, such as Cisco CCIE/CCNP, Microsoft, VMware VCP, and AWS/Azure Cloud-related certifications preferred
  7. sound knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and NIST incident response
  8. self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and under pressure.
  9. excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Duties include:

As the Infrastructure Manager, you will oversee and lead the infrastructure team to strengthen the infrastructure's capabilities, availability, and performance.

  1. to plan and implement infrastructure-related projects, review and enhance current architecture and procedures
  2. to Manage the team for the day-to-day operation of the IT infrastructure, including patching, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring security controls are in place and being followed
  3. to manage complex network architecture, perform backup, and disaster recovery operations
  4. to evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that could improve the organization’s IT infrastructure
  5. to manage a team of IT professionals, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, training, and evaluating performance
  6. to assist in developing policies and procedures to ensure the operation is secure, reliable, and efficient
  7. to collaborate with the application and security team to ensure that the entire IT infrastructure is working together smoothly
  8. to prepare regular reporting to senior management
  9. to carry out any other duties as assigned from time to time by the Executive Director.
