Responsibilities:

• Perform general accounting duties such as data entry, daily checking and reconciliations of revenue, invoice & statement handling and approval checking;
• Prepare the analysis report on the performance of operations;
• Monitor and supervise the account receivable functions, including billings, receipts and follow up of outstanding debts;
• Handle month-end closing and reconciliation;
• Liaise with customers and internal departments in relation to enquiries, invoicing and revenue matters;
• Participate in process improvement to enhance the workflow efficiency and effectiveness;
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• University degree in Accounting with recognized professional accounting qualification;
• Minimum 5 years' experience in income audit and or accounts receivable experience,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel and Word;
• Experience in Oracle accounting system / Opera / POS is preferred;
• Experience in projects on new process/service development, automation of new process and system enhancement to improve operational efficiency is an advantage;
• With working experience in NGO is an advantage;
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese;
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and responsible person
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environment;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Accountant
