From ASAP - AUG 31 2025. Subject to extension for 1 year.

- Basic Salary $20000/mth

- Monthly Attendance Bonus $500

- Special Bonus after completion of probation: $3000

-Gratuity Bonus: $10000 per year (Pro-rata basis for contract less than one year)

Monday - Sunday (Including public holidays), 5 days per week.

9 am - 6 pm

* Reasonable OT is required

* Must be able to work for shift working location

Annual Leave: 12 days, Birthday Leave: 1 day

Requirement:

Native in Cantonese, Good command in Mandarin, Standard English.

Good CS skills, Sincere Outlook and Attitude

Responsibilities:

• Handle Card payment, Cash payment, Cheque / Bank-draft payment collection when necessary.
• Input information into system and issue an official receipt.
• Assist in daily reconciliation and other administrative duties.
• Act as ambassador at Cashier Centre included queues control.
• To provide verification support in the centre.
• Attend to customers/ agents/ brokers' basic enquiries related to Cashier.
• Provide accurate & efficient premium collection services to policyholder & agents.
• Deliver good service & solutions by understanding customer needs & making appropriate suggestion on various payment method.
• Ad hoc support upon request.
