We are looking for a Field Engineer to support our server and desktop services, including maintenance of desktops, laptops, and printers. Additionally, you will assist with in-house IT services such as creating email accounts, setting up user accounts, and maintaining office networks. This role is open to junior-level candidates or those with no experience, as on-the-job training and support will be provided. We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and adapt to new roles.

Job Responsibilities

•        Provide technical support for servers, desktops, laptops, and printers.

•        Assist with in-house IT services (email setup, user account creation, network maintenance).

•        Participate in on-the-job training and continuous learning.

•        Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues.

Requirements:

•        Willingness to learn and adapt.

•        Basic computer knowledge (training will be provided).

•        Good communication skills.
