職責:

• 為客人提供專業及優質服務
• 向客人介紹及推廣品牌產品
• 達成個人及店舖銷售目標，維持貨場環境整潔
• 利用各種social media 與客人保持聯絡及建立長遠關係
• 處理店舖日常運作

要求:

• 2-3年奢侈品牌零售經驗(Luxury Retail)
• 流利廣東話，基本英語及普通話
• 良好溝通技巧，充滿熱誠與客人交流
• 重視團隊精神，樂於與店舖同事合作
• 經驗較多者可考慮為高級銷售員

Our clients are well-known international American Luxury Jewelry brand . To cope with their expansion, we are looking for Client advisor / Senior Sales Associate to join their team

Location: Tsim Sha Tsui / IFC 

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Targets Achievement
 

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales plan.
• Strengthen and develop relationships with existing clients.
• Building and developing lasting client relationships and to obtain client feedback.

Service Excellence & Clienteling
 

• Engage with all customers to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
• Develop and maximize customer base 
• Utilize Client system to proactively communicate on important occasions and events.

Store Operations
 

• Assist in stock management, including stock take/ stock replenishment 
• Ensure store is properly maintained

Requirements
 

• Minimum 2-3 years of  Luxury Retail sales experience.
• Pleasant, self-motivated, energetic with good interpersonal skills and attentive to details.
• Fluent in Cantonese & Mandarin.  Good command of English is an advantage
• Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Client Advisor
