Drive securities product development initiatives to ensure sustainable growth and profitability;
Introduce high-quality financial products for the company such as Mutual Funds, Bonds and Structure Products;
Responsible for organizing product training and promotion activities with the product issuers;
Develop potential clients, achieve personal sales goals, and assist the team in achieving annual sales goals;
Responsible for preparing sales materials and answering enquires of products;
Responsible for product data analysis, establishing client profiles and labeling systems to empower business growth;
Execute ad-hoc projects & tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above;
At least 3 years of work experience in securities companies or other financial institutions, Hong Kong SFC license is a must;
Excellent team collaborators with solid knowledge of Mutual Funds, Bonds and structure Products;
Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish trust between clients and colleagues;
Priority given to having client resources, including individuals, institutions, and distribution channels;
Proficient MS Office skills;
Immediate available is much preferred;
