Job responsibilities:

• Provide professional and comprehensive services, addressing inquiries and proactively promoting unsecured loan products (such as credit cards and personal loans) through different channels.
• Promote loan and insurance products by identifying customer needs to achieve departmental sales targets.
• Contribute to the section's service and sales objectives.
• Respond promptly to customer feedback, driving service improvements and enhancing the customer experience.
• Assist the team head in reviewing and allocating resources to optimize team productivity.
• Identify areas for potential improvement to enhance work efficiency.
• Coordinate and collaborate with relevant parties to ensure the smooth execution of various projects.
• Ensure all team processes comply with internal control standards, group compliance policies, and external regulatory requirements.

Job requirements:

• Diploma or degree holder; candidates with relevant work experience and Form Five or DSE qualifications will also be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience in loan sales.
• Strong focus on sales and customer service, with the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
• High level of customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional quality services to customers.
