Well-established IT services company focusing on mid-sized and enterprise customers in Hong Kong looking for a network support engineer in our managed service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support an on-premises enterprise network infrastructure
• Assist in network setup, configuration, and maintenance
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues
• Include LAN switches, routers, and firewall/security appliances

Requirements

• Qualification in Information Technology or related discipline
• At least 1 year experience in network setup/supporting role
• Knowledge in Cisco networking products and Palo Alto firewalls an advantage
