As receptionist to answer phone calls and handle mails / courier etc;
Responsible for room booking, payment requisition, stationery ordering..etc;
Provide administrative and clerical support to Administration & HR Department;
Assist in corporate event/banquet, business and public relations functions.
Requirements :
Diploma or above;
At least 2 years experience in office administration and serving senior management;
Able to communicate in Cantonese, Putonghua and English;
Willing to work overtime when required.

作為接待員,接聽電話並處理郵件/快遞等事務;
負責訂房、支付申請、辦公用品訂購等工作;
為行政和人力資源部門提供行政和文書支持;
協助公司活動/宴會、商務和公共關係活動等。
工作要求:
文憑或以上學歷;
具備至少兩年的前台/行政文員經驗;
操流利廣東話和普通話;
良好的溝通、表達和人際交往能力;
可接受加班安排。
