Job Duties & Responsibilities:


 Accounting Functions:

• Perform daily accounting tasks and journals for entities and intercompany transactions, support month-end closing and balance sheet.
• Assist in updating account payables.
• Process payments and prepare Cash flow forecast
• Assist sales data extraction and analysis.
• Support in annual audit and any ad hoc tasks
• Collaborate with various Departments relating to financial and accounting issues and follow up.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• 2 year or more work experience
• Accounting/finance degree or diploma
• Proactive with can-do attitude, well organized, detail-minded, independence, multi-tasking ability, self-motivated
• Ability to meet tight reporting deadlines and work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS office, especially Excel skills
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Presentation and problem solving skills
• A detailed-oriented person who can consistently perform thorough, accurate, organized and productive work
• Immediate availability preferred
