About the role

This is a full-time Sales Coordinator role based in Admiralty Central and Western District, supporting the sales team at Proway Relocation & Real Estate Services Limited. As Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering all sales-related activities to ensure the smooth running of the sales process.

What you'll be doing

• Providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing sales enquiries, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales presentations
• Maintaining accurate sales records and customer databases, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible
• Assisting with the preparation of sales contracts, invoices, and other sales-related documentation
• Coordinating the scheduling site visits
• Supporting the sales team with any other administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a client and sales administration role, preferably within the real estate industry
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and data
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
