Department: Procurement -  Non - Network

In this position, you will:

• Handle full spectrum of procurement activities including preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation, issue purchase orders and review contract documents in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Negotiate with vendors on price and business terms
• Proactively work with user departments to analyze and identify business needs and support development of best fit procurement and contracting strategies
• Identify and develop effective and reliable sourcing strategies
• Seek cost saving initiative on different areas of procurement
• Prepare procurement related report analysis
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance and internal customer satisfaction

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Degree holder in Procurement, Supply Chain or related discipline 
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in Telecom will be an advanced
• Familiar with contracting and tendering process
• Experience in using ERP system is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with proactive attitude
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as "Assistant  Procurement Officer/Procurement Officer"
