We are looking for a Strategic Sales Operations Manager to join our team. Are you someone who is driven by curiosity and craves a good challenge? Join us now and be part of this exciting adventure!

What you have to do

  • Work with management to define and implement the overall sales strategy, run the management cadence for the business, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Define and optimize key sales support systems and processes to meet the rapid growth of the business while achieving order attainment and market development objectives
  • Collaborate on the design, development, and maintenance of forecasting models, metrics, reports, and dashboards to drive key business decisions. Conduct in-depth data analysis and performance risk assessments to generate actionable insights
  • Lead initiatives across the Operations group by actively participating in cross-functional teams to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of existing and emerging third-party data sources to support analytics and decision-making processes

What you need to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operational Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing sales operations and developing sales strategies
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy formulation and the alignment of business operations with organizational goals
  • Proficient in data analysis and forecasting methodologies; skilled in designing and interpreting metrics, reports, and dashboards for decision-making
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment; excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in cross-functional teams
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin
