Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Technical Services Engineer I, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

• To complete the maintenance and modification of mechanical, electrical equipment and building services facilities on schedule
• To assist engineers in preparing and checking of method statement, risk analysis and contractors’ submissions
• To supervise workmen and/or contractors in carrying out installation and maintenance works within specific timelines
• To ensure the quality, progress of work, health and safety in the execution of the maintenance and modification work or project site work

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in electrical, mechanical or building services engineering
• Registered Electrical Worker (REW) an advantage
• Holder of a valid driving licence for Class 1 vehicles an advantage
• Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
• Willing to work outdoor and irregular working hours

Working Location: Lamma Island, transportation to be provided.
