A Prestigious Contractor specializing in Construction Interior fitting-out projects is looking for some talents to expand their team

Responsibilities:

• Planning, monitoring, and control of Sub Contractors
• Ensure all construction activities are within the time frame & budget
• Hold meetings with clients & designers on working progress
• Be able to develop New businesses & service existing clients
• Experience in luxury retail and retail fitting out is advantage 
• Focus on APM for department store projects and PM for commercial projects 

Requirements:

• At least 5- 7 years of solid experience in fitting out commercial projects 
• Strong technical background and site experience
• Good communication and sound relationships with cooperating parties, including clients and subcontractors
• Conversant with interior fit-out nature, A&A work, and contractual documents
• Team leader and can work under pressure
• Good computer literacy
• Fluent in written and spoken English & Cantonese is a must
• More Experience can be considered as  Senior Project Manager

Candidates with lesser experience will also be considered for other suitable roles within the Fitting Out Department.
