A leading insurance company is currently looking for a Digital Champion to support new applications launch.

Job Duties:

• Deliver exceptional service to financial planners, addressing inquiries, resolving pain points, and improving satisfaction levels throughout the app rollout.
• Implement initiatives to boost app adoption, including targeted engagement campaigns and feedback-driven improvements.
• Coordinate logistics for agency booths (rosters, setup) and provide onsite/online support (WhatsApp, email) to pilot users.
• Develop a deep expertise in the new app through structured training and become a go-to resource for financial planners.
• Facilitate internal briefings, workshops, and training sessions for pilot users and district teams.
• Document and escalate user feedback, issues, and enhancement requests via ticketing systems, ensuring follow-through to resolution.
• Build strong relationships with financial planners, district offices, and cross-functional teams (IT, Product, Marketing) to align priorities and drive adoption.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in change management , user adoption , customer success , or project coordination (financial services or tech adoption preferred).
• Exceptional verbal/written communication skills, with experience delivering presentations and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Proven ability to organize events, manage logistics, and solve problems under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, empathetic, and adaptable, with strong interpersonal skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Familiarity with digital tools (e.g., ticketing systems, collaboration platforms) is a plus.
• Fluent in Canotnese and English
