Our client is a leading financial services company. In this role, you will be leading UAT activities, ensuring software quality through detailed testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver seamless system implementations while adhering to security and operational standards

Job Duties:

• Actively engage in all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC)

• Analyze business requirements during the review and sign-off process, providing recommendations for improvement.
• Review functional specifications and design layouts to identify necessary testing conditions.
• Plan UAT activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, test cycle planning, test case development, environment setup, data preparation, issue reporting, and follow-up.
• Execute UAT and coordinating testing activities efficiently.
• Report critical issues and problems to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements :

• University degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in UAT or related roles.
• Strong written communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Ability to independently review business and technical documentation and schedule UAT tasks.
• Knowledge of test automation tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and evaluation skills, with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
