Our client is a leading enterprise in the engineering industry, renowned for its impressive track record in cutting-edge technology. The team is on the lookout for a Business Analyst to spearhead the end-to-end system implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all project phases related to SuccessFactors: planning, designing, development, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and support.
• Drive or join requirements discussions and workshops, and perform fit-gap analysis specific to SuccessFactors functionalities.
• Conduct user training and configure SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with key users, IT teams, and vendors to optimize processes and implement SuccessFactors changes.
• Plan and execute system testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SuccessFactors.
• Provide Tier 2 support for SuccessFactors, manage related projects, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Proven expertise in all aspects of SuccessFactors HCM implementation, including requirements gathering, fit/gap analysis, functional design development, user acceptance testing, training, and deployment.
• Extensive experience in collaborating with clients on requirements and business process definition, software development/systems integration, and application support.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing the end-to-end system development lifecycle (SDLC).
• SAP Certification in SuccessFactors Modules (e.g., EC, EC payroll, RCM, ONB, LMS, PMGM, Succession, CDP, Compensation) is highly desirable.
• Project Management experience is an added advantage.
