Working Location: Kwai Hing, Hong Kong

Job Duties:

• To work under the Order Management Solutions (OMS) Asia Pacific team
• Lead business solutions design and engineering activities of new customer opportunities
• Facilitate solutions enhancement activities of existing customers
• Facilitate and promote the adoption of best practices which supports all OMS solutions systems, including but not limited to Infor Nexus, CW1, Power and other peripheral systems
• Conduct customer meetings at solutions perspective and facilitate customer solutions workshop to collect customer feedback and requirements
• Lead RFQ process for Asia Pacific customers at solutions perspective
• Support and work closely with the internal regional OMS business development, account management and operational communities
• Liaise with OMS counterparts to conduct supply chain engineering analysis and deliver results; contribute contents to global OMS team for standard discussion documents and case study updates
• Conduct and facilitate supply chain engineering analysis
• Oversee the project progress and deliverables to align with solutions sold to customers
• Support the implementation of new customers and new functionality for existing customers
• Identify and develop new business offerings/ solutions that add customer value
• Identify gaps and propose new initiatives to improve origin workflow and operational performance
• Evaluate new system features and work with IT team to enhance system functionality in order to improve the service quality and operational efficiencies

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent work experience/qualification  
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain industry
• Work experience in regional scope  
• With extensive in Infor Nexus , Knowledge of existing and emerging technologies, supply chain tools, processes, and practices
• Relevant project management and process improvement experience
• Sensitive to urgency and able to work/keep focus under pressure
• Aggressive, creative and strong analytical skills,  excellent communication and presentation skills
• Candidates with more work experience will be considered as Senior Manager
