Job Description
As the Assistant Business Development Manager , successful candidate is expected to play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding market presence, plus the following responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in key markets, including Mainland China, Southeast Asia, and beyond, leveraging Manfield’s multi-national production capabilities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and Manfield’s innovative solutions.
- Strategic Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Manfield’s cutting-edge products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, sales, and production teams to align marketing initiatives with product development and customer requirements.
- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities, providing actionable insights to the Marketing Manager.
- Event Coordination: Represent Manfield at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, showcasing the company’s innovative solutions and expanding its network.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry or related field.
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing or customer service.
- Strong interest in marketing, sales, and business development.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
