Job Duties:

  • Data input for incoming & outgoing payment using MYOB, AP & GL;
  • Data input for sub-contracting contract and payment application;
  • Handling of project payment application and issue invoice;
  • Prepare cheques payment;
  • Prepare payroll, MPF contribution, tax return, petty cash, etc.
  • Carry out bank reconciliation;
  • Maintain full set of accounts and prepare year-end financial statement;
  • Provide general administrative support.

 

Job Requirements:

  • LCCI Level 1 and 2 certificate or above;
  • At least completed Form 5 with pass in Eng. (Syllabus B) & Chi;
  • Min. 5 years work experience in accounts and office administrative field;
  • Proficient in MYOB preferable;
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing (either 倉頡/速成);
  • Reliable, responsible, independent,  detail-minded and self-motivated.
