Overseas Market Strategy Formulation and Execution Responsible for developing the overseas market expansion plan for the clothing brand, including market analysis, sales strategy, and channel layout for target regions (e.g., Europe and America, Southeast Asia, Middle East). A 3-5 year development plan should be established considering company resources and industry trends.
International Distributor Development and Management Establish and maintain an overseas distributor network through international exhibitions (such as Fashion Week, Trade Shows) and business negotiations. Familiarity with the OBM (Own Brand Management) model is required to drive brand internationalization.
Market Research and Compliance Management Analyze consumer trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory policies (such as tariffs, import standards) of the target market to ensure product compliance.
Cross-Department Collaboration and Resource Integration Coordinate with departments like supply chain, design, and marketing to optimize the product structure to meet overseas demand, while managing overseas warehousing and logistics.
Brand Promotion and Event Planning Lead overseas brand marketing activities, including social media operations, localized advertising placements, and public relations activities to increase brand awareness and market share.
Job Requirements
Professional Background and Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in marketing, international trade, textiles, or apparel.
Experience: Over 5 years of overseas expansion experience in the apparel industry, with proven success cases (e.g., a market share increase of over 20% in a specific region).
Core Skills
Language Skills: Fluent in English (CET-6 level or above/IELTS 6.5-7), capable of drafting business documents and negotiations independently; additional languages (such as Arabic, French) are a plus.
Data Analysis: Proficient in using tools like Excel, Power BI to analyze sales data and market trends.
Business Negotiation: Strong cross-cultural communication skills, familiar with international trade contract terms (e.g., FOB, CIF).
Industry Resources Must have accumulated resources such as overseas apparel distributors, industry associations, and exhibition organizers. Preference will be given to those with channels in European fast fashion brands or luxury goods buyers in the Middle East.
