Job description and responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing Activities :
- Maintain active business relationship with potential and existing carriers and service providers
- Introduce our service (Cargo Charter / On Board Courier / Critical Care Solutions - Express Airfreight) to customers / freight forwarders
- Receive Visitors
Process Air Cargo Charter and Emergency Requests :
- Quotations to GAS customers and GAS stations, Issue contracts, coordinate and execute charter flights and Time Critical services for customers
- Liaise with airline partners, cargo agents, service providers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics and delivery of shipments
- Responsible to negotiate best possible terms and conditions with the suppliers to provide best in class emergency transport solutions (On Board Couriers and Critical Care Solutions, Express Airfreight)
- Communicates new business opportunities internally and externally, and the cooperation with (new) service providers.
- Arrange cargo charter flight / Express Airfreight / On Board Courier operation and billing invoices / documentation
Administration:
- Responsible for the invoicing of the handled jobs and accruals of the incoming jobs. Has the financial responsibility for own files.
Team Work:
- Assure the best possible team spirit within the team.
- Follow the procedures set on the team and effectively communication at all times with all parties involved during the charter and OBC operations.
Job requirements:

- Creative problem solving skills / quick thinking / Multi-Tasking / negotiation, communication & decision making skills
- Ability to work with a flexible schedule, including morning / night shift and weekends, to adapt and grow in a changing, fast-paced work environment.
- Good verbal and written knowledge of English and one or more local language(s), fluent in Korean or Japanese Speaking is an advantage
- Several years of Airfreight Forwarding experience with an Airlines, Broker or Freight Forwarder is required
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and flair for IT systems as a user
