The role

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Account Executive or Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Sunny Interactive Company Limited. Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, proactively managing all aspects of the client relationship
• Collaborate closely with the creative and production teams to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that exceed client expectations
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and timely delivery of projects
• Provide strategic counsel and recommendations to clients, ensuring their marketing objectives are aligned with our creative solutions
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimise future initiatives
• Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted partner and advocate for their brand
• Contribute to the overall growth and development of the agency by identifying new business opportunities and assisting with new business pitches

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an account management or client services role within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail
• Thorough understanding of the advertising, arts, and media industry, including latest trends and best practices
