Our Client ,a multinational beauty corporation, is currently seeking a procurement specialist to become part of their team. This role will be instrumental in providing support across different subcategories within the Retail and Supply Chain expenditure sectors. The position is initially for a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension and transition to a permanent role.

Key Contributions:

• Provide independent support for designated domains/categories
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, managing the entire process from Request for Proposal (RFP) through contract negotiation and implementation.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing regulations within the assigned domains/categories to uphold organizational standards.
• Develop and assess various supplier performance KPIs and metrics by comparing them with market trends/intelligence for ongoing enhancement
• Identify potential supplier risks and assist in implementing associated risk mitigation strategies

Core Expectations:

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing/indirect purchasing
• Fluency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin language skills would be advantageous.
