Job Responsibilities

• ▪ Maintain and develop relationship for existing and potential customers of market data licensing, i-Data, historical data and cloud platform products etc.
• ▪ Expand business with planning and strategies
• ▪ Conduct research to collect feedback from clients, understand customer needs, perform in depth client analysis, identify market trends, seize the business opportunities
• ▪ Work with client coverage and technical teams to solve client enquires and provide proper solution for client use cases
• ▪ Constantly review and optimize fee schedule, market data policy, product enhancement to fulfill the clients’ needs
• ▪ Integrate company, headquarter and third-party resources and clients need to provide strategic planning and roadmap for new products
• ▪ Work alongside internal teams and external vendors to ensure an effective product and partnership implementation;
• ▪ Ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:​

• ▪ Bachelor's or above in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology or any relevant discipline
• ▪ With basic knowledge of the market data, at least 1 year experience in market data industry or financial industry; 
• ▪ Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to attain business objectives and good interpersonal skills
• ▪ With understanding of cloud platform and/or AI technology is a plus
• ▪ Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, strong written skills in both Chinese and English
