What you'll be doing

• Support the senior to whom he / she reports on a day-to-day basis to ensure provision of services adheres to Consultancy Agreement and to Client’s satisfaction.
• Management of team resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Brief, direct and supervise WT project personnel under his / her direct control in local office.

What we're looking for

• Degree holders major in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years' experience with exposure in QS consultancy firm preferred.
• Member of HKIS or RICS preferred.
• Able to work independently.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Applicants with more experience will be considered as Team Leader.
