Our client is a large and industry-leading organization and is currently looking for a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager to join their Business Partner team. The ideal candidate will be confident yet warm with strong interpersonal skill who is able to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small Business Partner team and work closely with stakeholders on people management plans, including recruitment, budgeting, manpower planning, performance management and staff relations plan design
• Responsible for annual performance management process and work closely with department leaders to implement effective succession planning
• Provide professional advice and service to senior management for implementing HR strategies and policies to achieve talent attraction, retention and development
• Handle staff enquires and support employee engagement activities to ensure people plans are in place (manpower planning, succession planning, etc.)
• Participate in new HR initiatives and projects/programs
• Lead and participate actively in HR related projects and ad-hoc duties as assigned
  
  

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines
• A minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Proactive and autonomous with the flexibility to adapt to ever-changing priorities and responsibilities
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
