About the Client:
My client, is a renowned construction group which focusing on construction development Project in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an experience VP/ Senior Manager for Construction innovation Technology (Digital solution) who is aiming to upgrade the construction technology among the group.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Implement, review and setting new construction innovation method among the group to make sure construction project efficiency on time cost, safety, budget and manpower.
• Lead and manage the execution of digital strategies and their deployment across the organization and at the project level.
• Explore opportunities to improve construction site safety, productivity, quality, and operations through new construction technology advancements.
• Lead review processes and suggest improvements in project management through digital way or any other new technology.
• Foster a culture of innovation within the organization by embracing new technologies and processes.
• Oversee implementation and operations of digital platforms, communication networks, and smart connecting technologies for projects.
• Lead review processes and recommend improvements to project management using business-driven digital approaches.
• Maintain a digital innovation governance framework to support use-case development, prototyping, testing, deployment, and post-implementation review.
• Explore opportunities to enhance construction safety, productivity, quality, and operations through technological advancements.
• Create, document, review, and retire digital project delivery knowledge.
• Manage project delivery and team performance to ensure effective execution.

Candidate Profile:

• Degree qualified in engineering Civil/ Structure/ Construction Management or other construction related disciplines.
• 15 years + working experience in the construction field, with strong construction projects track record.

• Skills in Digital Twin, BIM, CDE, IoT, AI/ML, and data analytics.
• Enthusiasm on new technology for construction industry
• Experience of working in a similar matrix reporting organization
• Good English communication and written skill
