We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic social media professional to take on the role of Associate Director, Social Media (Hospitality) to drive growth and elevate brand awareness in the China market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the China market, ensuring alignment with business growth objectives.
• Map and manage social media accounts across various platforms, leveraging platform-specific strengths to maximize reach and engagement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure performance and success, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization.
• Strengthen brand positioning and awareness through innovative content strategies, influencer partnerships, and targeted campaigns.
• Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behaviours, and platform developments to drive social media excellence.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in social media strategy and management, with a deep understanding of key Chinese social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili, etc.).
• Proven track record in social media marketing, content strategy, and audience engagement within the hospitality, entertainment, or luxury lifestyle industry.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Macau-based candidates preferred; ability to travel between Hong Kong & Macau is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (written & spoken) is required.
