Our client is a globally recognized leader in financial services and insurance, with a widespread presence across international markets.

They are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join their operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing business analysis activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving the implementation of IT solutions to meet organizational goals.

This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for driving IT solutions in a dynamic, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute technical and business projects involving multiple stakeholders, developing analyses to support process and project enhancements.
  • Review and assess requests from various departments and value streams to identify business needs.
  • Facilitate discussions and build consensus among stakeholders and IT development teams.
  • Gather user requirements, conduct impact analysis, and propose and document end-to-end solutions.
  • Define test strategies, create test plans, and oversee testing teams to ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Deliver systems training to business users to ensure effective adoption.
  • Investigate and resolve system and project-related issues.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of individual insurance products, operations, and processes.
  • Proven experience in enhancing policy administration systems.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility with working hours.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a disciplined approach to project scheduling.
  • Ability to clearly articulate business processes and ideas both verbally and in written English.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and a solid understanding of SQL.
