As the Senior Merchandising Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role and coordinate with the other supply chain team in driving the company's sourcing business to the next level. You will oversee the overall operations and formulate the sourcing strategy for the hardgoods products. Reporting to the department hard, a typical day will include the following:-

• Formulate sourcing strategy and ensure the strategy is aligned with business direction
• Identify and negotiate with potential suppliers
• Maintain a good and professional relationship with the supply chain partners
• Collaborate with product, quality, operation and supply chain to ensure a smooth supply chain process
• Participation in product development with new technologies/products/suppliers and price calculation
• Drive process improvement and cost reductions

Knowledge, Capabilities, Experience:

• Over 8 years of related merchandising experience,
• Must have strong PD & sourcing skills for hardgoods product
• Strong leadership, supplier management and communication skills
• Adaptable and flexible
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
