Job Description  

• Support the team in trade administration matters, such as negotiating trade details, drafting contracts, applying for internal approval, monitoring the implementation of trade, etc.
• Assist in achieving the KPIs of the department, such as sales turnover, profit and other targets
• Maintain good relations with trading partners and other related parties
• Responsible in administrative documentation and file management
• Complete other tasks as assigned

Job Specification  

• College diploma in international trade, business, economics or other related fields
• 2 years of relevant work experience in international trading, commodity trading and bank structured financing are preferred
• Proficient command of Chinese and English
• Proactive and responsible character
• Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills. Be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and complete work under pressure. With good professional ethics
• Proficient to use Microsoft Office and other office software proficiently

工作職責  

• 負責貿易全流程操作，包括確定貿易詳情、草擬貿易合同、提交內部審批、監督貿易落實情況等
• 協助部門落實年度營業額、利潤指標等的經營指標
• 與貿易夥伴及其他內外部單位維持良好的合作關係
• 負責部門的文檔管理工作
• 完成上級交辦的其它工作

任職資格  

• 大學專科或以上學歷，修讀國際貿易、商業、經濟或相關專業
• 2年或以上相關工作經驗，曾從事國際貿易、大宗商品貿易、銀行結構性融資工作優先
• 良好的商業頭腦和分析能力
• 粵語、普通話流利，良好的中英文讀寫能力
• 性格積極主動，具責任心
• 具備良好的溝通、談判、協調能力，能夠同時處理多項任務並在壓力下完成工作，具備良好的職業道德
• 能純熟操作 Microsoft Office 等的辦公軟件
