(Customer Services Team)

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for data entry, ordering input and order delivery on CS & POS systems, Website and excel file.

-Responsible for answering customer enquiries and complaints over the phone or in writing  for the customers

-Communicate &work with different department such as production admin, Warehouse & QA etc.

-Perform operation procedures and assist to prepare data to supervisor

-General CS, Operation  related support to the team

-Perform ad hoc duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

Form 5 or above (with related working experiences will be an advance),Fresh Graduate welcome

B2B work experience will be advantage

Good command in Cantonese, Mandarin & English

Good telephone manner and customer-oriented & Able to work independently

Basic computer skills and proficiency in both English and Chinese typing

Good Communication & Interpersonal skills

Immediately Available is preferred

*Candidates with more experience may be considered for the position of Assistant CS Officer.

Benefits:

5-day work week (Mon-Sat) Shift Off , 2 Rest day/Week include Sunday.

Working Time: 0900am to 0600pm / 1000am to 0700pm (shift)

葵興面包工場聘客戶服務文員(食品批發業) 

職責： 

-使用系統及網站或電話電子軟件為企業客戶落單及跟進訂單及回覆查詢 
-獨立處理跟單和客戶服務相關的日常工作 
-回覆客戶的詢問或要求，並根據需要提供貨品送貨資料及客戶服務(包括與外藉企業客戶利用電話溝通) 
-與營運出貨就訂單送貨內容進行溝通 
-處理和協助分配的臨時工作項目 
要求:

具基本中英文書面溝通能力、懂基本使用通訊軟件例如Whatsapp等 
懂得使用基本功能MS Office，包括Excel、Word及Outlook 
有POS系統輸入經驗優先、有網站跟單經驗優先 
必須懂得中文速成/倉頡打字
 *有批發業客戶服務相關全職工作經驗優先 
有責任心、有條理、喜歡與人溝通 

上班時間: 0900-1800/1000-1900 
星期一至六(五天輪休，一周兩天休息包括逢星期日)
