Responsibilities

• Reporting to Associate Training Director, this role will be responsible for full spectrum of training for the wholesale business in Hong Kong and Macau regions, including but not limit to training needs analysis, program design & delivery, feedback and effectiveness evaluation
• Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions and workshops to educate both internal and external stakeholders in Hong Kong and Macau on the latest eyewear collections, styles, and technological advancements
• Conduct in-store and in-house training focusing on seasonal eyewear collections and effective selling techniques
• Implement assessments and evaluations for measuring the effectiveness of training programs and identifying opportunities for enhancement
• Develop and align training plans and programs with the overall marketing strategy to drive business growth effectively
• Promote and facilitate the use of the e-learning platform among customers for enhancing their learning experience
• Collaborate with the Sales Team and Marketing Team to support business initiatives from time to time
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in business, human resources or related disciplines
• 5 years solid work experience in managing and delivering training, preferably in fashion and beauty industry
• Strong passion in retail and service industry, preferably with strong sense of fashion trends and personal style 
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging and informative training sessions
• People-oriented, self-motivated with good business acumen
• Well organized and attention to details
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in Chinese Word Processing and MS Office applications especially in MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Immediate available is highly preferred but not essential
