Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general accounting duties and daily operations.
  • Handle invoices, communicate, and liaise with vendors and customers.
  • Handle various reports and prepare monthly reporting packages and forecast.
  • Liaise with various parties to facilitate daily operation.
  • Perform general clerical and administrative work and ad hoc assignments.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience.
  • Good PC skills especially proficient in MS Excel, experience of using SAP system preferred but not a must.
  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • A strong team player with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, independent, hardworking, energetic individual and able to work under pressure.
  • The ability to multi-task and enjoy working in a fast pace environment.
  • Immediately available is preferred.
