We are looking for driven individuals to join our growing team of Recruitment Consultants and become a part of the dynamic growth of the Asia Pacific Region. They will support our clients in identifying, engaging and attracting exceptional talent for their most critical needs, and consult both parties to ensure seamless process management and purposeful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales / business development (1-2 year of experience), excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for driving growth and success. You should be self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Central District (100% Onsite)

Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Monthly Commissions

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to presenting qualified candidates to clients.
• Client Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates, providing guidance, coaching, and support throughout the hiring process.
