About the Client:
My client, is a renowned Contractor company which focusing on construction development Project in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an experience Senior/ Quantity Surveyor for their construction project in Hong Kong.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the administration of main contracts and subcontracts
• Cost estimation, cost control and budgeting, material procurement, contractual claims and subcontractors' claims for ongoing construction projects.

• Perform cost analysis and validate the tender cost assessment.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor degree with Quantity Surveying
• 7 + years working with main contractor experience
• Good in both Written and Spoken English/Chinese
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under tight timeline
