A leading insurance provider is now seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to support the digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project to migrate exisiting systems to D365
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Utilize VB.NET to analyze, design, and implement necessary system modifications.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
• Coordinate with development teams and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and software development methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Project Manager
• Strong proficiency in VB.NET and experience with system migration.
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 (D365) operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage development teams and vendor relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
