A leading insurance provider is now seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to support the digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the project to migrate exisiting systems to D365
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Utilize VB.NET to analyze, design, and implement necessary system modifications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate with development teams and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project management and software development methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager
- Strong proficiency in VB.NET and experience with system migration.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 (D365) operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage development teams and vendor relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
