My client, a renowned supply chain company, is looking for a Compliance Manager with EU market hardgoods experience.

Key responsibilities include:
·Provide continuous education to the factories to ensure they fully understand the ethical compliance process
·Oversee the third party audit companies and review and discuss the audit result
·Conduct shadow audit to assure the validity and credibility of audits conducted by third party audit companies in HK
·Work closely with sourcing team to ensure social compliance strategies are well understood and applied
·Build an effective working relationships with internal stakeholders
·Act as a subject matter expert to internal stakeholders by conducting extensive research
·Advise on emerging opportunities and risk so as to be able to make effective decisions on responsible sourcing

Requirements:
·Excellent communication skills
·Good level of English. Chinese language is required
·Able to work independently and open to traveling
·Solid knowledge in social compliance and sustainability development
·Previous experience working in EU hardgoods market
·Candidates coming from compliance service provider are also welcomed
