A leading financial institution is looking for an QA Engineer to support their AI project.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement detailed test plans and cases for AI systems and web applications, including chatbots.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts, as well as perform manual testing to check system functions.
Find, document, and track defects, working with development teams to fix issues and improve quality.
Conduct various tests (performance, load, functional, UI/UX, regression, and cross-browser) to ensure a smooth user experience on all devices.
Assess AI models for fairness and bias, and monitor systems for performance changes, giving feedback for improvements.
Provide suggestions to improve system quality and user experience while staying updated on testing methods.
Work with different teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality AI products.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in quality assurance, especially in AI or machine learning systems, with a focus on large-scale projects.
Good understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, and AI model performance.
Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript , and RESTful APIs; experience with testing tools like Selenium and Postman.
Familiar with agile development and various testing methods, including UI, regression, and performance testing.
Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills in English and Chinese
