Our client is a leading insurance company. They are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team and help deliver exceptional user experience.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and pain points
Partner with research team to identify UX improvement opportunities
Illustrate innovative design ideas using storyboards, flows, and detailed rationale
Develop UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate functionality
Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation
Proactively gather user feedback and refine designs based on insights
Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 5 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with experience in the financial services industry.
A strong portfolio showcasing design projects, particularly for web and mobile applications.
Experience in using design software, such as Figma, and familiarity with tools in the Office 365 suite.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
