Our client is a leading insurance company. They are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team and help deliver exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deeply understand user needs and pain points
• Partner with research team to identify UX improvement opportunities
• Illustrate innovative design ideas using storyboards, flows, and detailed rationale
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes to demonstrate functionality
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation
• Proactively gather user feedback and refine designs based on insights

Qualifications and Skills:

• A minimum of 5 years of work experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with experience in the financial services industry.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design projects, particularly for web and mobile applications.
• Experience in using design software, such as Figma, and familiarity with tools in the Office 365 suite.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
