Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the management and coordination of the organisation's training programs.
  • Oversee the logistics for training courses, conferences, assessments, professional exams, and related events.
  • Aid in the accreditation process for courses.
  • Address inquiries from members, course participants, training providers, and exam candidates.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary education with strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • At least 1 year of work experience is preferred, though recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.
