My client is a rapidly growing financial institution committed to excellence and innovation. They are seeking a seasoned finance expert to lead their FP&A function and drive strategic financial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
• Manage the annual budgeting process and forecasts to align with business goals.
• Analyse financial performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare and present financial reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
• Enhance financial models and tools for data-driven decisions.
• Oversee performance metrics and ensure timely reporting.
• Mentor the FP&A team, promoting professional development.
• Actively participate in financial modelling and process refinement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years in financial planning and analysis in banking; less experience may qualify for Senior Manager/Associate Director roles.
• Strong analytical skills for complex financial data interpretation.
• Independent individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Chinese and English, including typing in Chinese.
• Advanced skills in financial modelling, forecasting tools, and Excel.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and industry trends is a plus.
